Return Policy
Everything you need to know about our return, exchange, and refund processes.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Product received is incorrect (wrong item)
👉 To be eligible:
- You must raise a request within 36 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
- Clear unboxing video and images are required as proof
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Minor color or design variation (due to lighting/photography)
- Used or damaged products after delivery
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via WhatsApp / Email / Website form
- Share:
- Order details
- Issue description
- Unboxing video & images
- Our team will verify and respond within 2–3 business days
4. Refund Policy
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be issued via:
- Original payment method OR
- Store credit (as applicable)
5. Replacement Option
In case of approved returns, we may offer:
- Replacement of the same product (subject to availability)
- Alternative product of equal value
- Refund (if replacement is not possible)
6. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
- Return shipping may be covered or guided based on the case
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
