Everything you need to know about our return, exchange, and refund processes.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Product received is incorrect (wrong item)

👉 To be eligible:

  • You must raise a request within 36 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Clear unboxing video and images are required as proof

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor color or design variation (due to lighting/photography)
  • Used or damaged products after delivery

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us via WhatsApp / Email / Website form
  • Share:
    • Order details
    • Issue description
    • Unboxing video & images
  • Our team will verify and respond within 2–3 business days

4. Refund Policy

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be issued via:
    • Original payment method OR
    • Store credit (as applicable)

5. Replacement Option

In case of approved returns, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the same product (subject to availability)
  • Alternative product of equal value
  • Refund (if replacement is not possible)

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • Return shipping may be covered or guided based on the case

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
